When
A screaming 9½ point baby was given birth on the 9th of October 1980. They gave a half
point reduction cause I was too pale, geesh. First touches with computers came around the age
eight with a Commodore 128D, soon followed by Amiga 600. At the age of thirteen I got my first
PC (486DX2 66MHz) and been on that road ever since.
Where
I spend the first 14 years of my life in a small town called Lempäälä. From there I moved
to a even smaller place called Hirsilä located right outside the city of Orivesi. I also
lived at Orivesi for few years before moving to my current location in the city of Oulu
(Kynsilehto) in July 2006.
Why
I've always enjoyed music, and started making my own in 1994. In 1998 I released my first
musical piece through the internet and from that onwards I've had the privilege to be
able to come up with something new every now and then. Around the new millennium my ambition
started to grow on the visual side aswell, in regards of both still-photography and
videophotography, and projects like "World War II memoirs" were born. Nowdays I'm concentrated
on making audiovisual endeavours and projects of which sole purpose is aimed at obtaining a full
scale of human emotions and senses.

Everything that creates emotions and generates everlasting impressions. Music has always been
my biggest inspiration of all. Listen to songs like "Beyond the Invicible" by Enigma or "Terra
Firma" by Delerium and you're getting somewhere.
Favourite musical acts
I'm quite open and listen to all kinds of music, with some limitations. If there's something
I don't like, it would have to be opera, classical and heavy metal music in their purest forms.
Here's a small list of what I could be listening to right now (in alphabetical order):
Adiemus, Antiloop, Anggun, Brian Transeau (BT), Cardigans, CMX, Conjure One, Deep Forest,
Delerium, Enigma, Enya, Era, Erasure, Garbage, Hans Zimmer, Jean Michel Jarre, Korn, Mike
Oldfield, Moby, Mythos, Prodigy, Sarah Brightman, Scooter, Secret Garden, Smashing Pumpkins,
Stone Age, Suburban Tribe, Vangelis.
Any actual "real-life" ?
Sure. Besides staring at the monitor all day long, I could be making a use of my day by
motorcycling, driving kart cars on summer or winter, playing billiard or snooker, bowling,
playing badminton or tennis, fishing on summertime, or by taking an interest in hi-fi &
hometheatre systems. I also read alot of e.g. science and information technology
publications. Different kind of activities concerning our dog consume my time.
What happened to the "quates" ?
My old website had a "welcome" -page with a quate that would change as the website was
updated. This new website does no longer have a separate welcoming page, but all the
quates are still here.
I'm going to update it every now and then with new findings.
